Look for the second half to be a more even matchup, making the Dolphins at +0.5 or higher a potential value bet.

The Eagles will likely play Jalen Hurts and their starters for a series, according to beat reporter Jeff McLane.
We’ll likely see Kenny Pickett play for the remainder of the first half. Pickett has been sharp in preseason with an 82% completion rate, a 9.0 yards-per-attempt rate, and a 133.7 QB rating.
The Ravens will likely rest their starters with Josh Johnson expected to start under center. It’s unclear how long he will play, but he may play for 1-1 1/2 quarters before the Ravens split the rest of the game up between Devin Leary and Emory Jones.
The Eagles have the potential to get off to a fast start, while the Ravens will likely take a more conservative approach with their backups playing most of the game.
