With the NBA Finals and draft complete, the league’s top decision-makers now have their eyes set on the free agency and trade landscape.

The free agency window opened on June 30, and teams and players are making moves in what has already been an impactful summer of deals and contract extensions.

Stars such as Klay Thompson and Paul George are on the move to new teams (the Dallas Mavericks and Philadelphia 76ers, respectively) while James Harden agreed to a deal to return to the LA Clippers.

Aug. 9

3:53 p.m. ET: Svi Mykhailiuk has agreed on a four-year, $15 million deal with the Utah Jazz, agent Michael Lelchitski told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The forward played 41 games for the NBA champion Boston Celtics last season.

Aug. 7

10:59 a.m. ET: Utah Jazz All-Star forward Lauri Markkanen has signed a five-year, $238 million contract renegotiation and extension — including $220 million in new money, his agent Michael Lelchitski of Sports International Group told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

July 31

3:55 p.m. ET: Cleveland Cavaliers Jarrett Allen has agreed to a three-year, $91 million maximum extension, his agent Derrick Powell told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Allen averaged career-highs in points (16.5) and assists (2.7) last season and this deal will guarantee him $131 million over the next five years.

12:54 p.m. ET: Free agent guard Luke Kennard has agreed on a one-year, $11 million contract to stay with the Memphis Grizzlies, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Kennard, a key floor spacer for a franchise expecting to contend in the Western Conference, averaged 11 points, 3.5 assists and 45% on 3-point shooting for the Grizzlies last season.

July 30

5:28 p.m. ET: The New York Knicks announced the re-signing of Precious Achiuwa, with his agent telling ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski it will be a one-year, $6 million deal.

The move keeps the 24-year-old big man at Madison Square Garden after arriving last season from the Toronto Raptors in the trade that also landed OG Anunoby.

5:25 p.m. ET: Devonte’ Graham has agreed on a one-year deal with the Portland Trail Blazers, sources tell ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Graham played 46 games with the Spurs over the last two seasons. He had been traded to the Charlotte Hornets earlier in June in a salary-cap saving move and now plans to sign with Portland once Utah waives him.

4:05 p.m. ET: Tyus Jones, the market’s top remaining guard, has agreed on a one-year, $3.3 million deal with the Phoenix Suns, his agent, Kevin Bradbury of Lift Sports Management, told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Jones is a massive addition for the Suns, who struggled without a true point guard last season. Jones, who averaged 12.0 points and 7.3 assists for the Washington Wizards in 2023-24, will get a chance to impact a Western Conference contender and potentially return to a more financially flush free agent market next summer.

July 26

3:59 p.m. ET: Russell Westbrook was in Denver on Friday to sign a two-year, $6.8 million deal with the Denver Nuggets, a league source confirmed to ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk.

Westbrook was expected to join Denver after he was traded by the LA Clippers to the Utah Jazz last week in a sign-and-trade deal for guard Kris Dunn. That trade, which included a second-round pick swap, was made to pave the way for the former MVP to sign with Denver once Utah waived Westbrook, which occurred on Saturday.

3:15 p.m. ET: Free agent James Johnson will return to the Indiana Pacers on a one-year, $3.3 million deal, Mark Bartelstein of @PrioritySports told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnaorwski. The 37-year old forward averaged 0.9 points and assists last season.

2:15 p.m. ET: Free agent center Orlando Robinson has agreed on a one-year deal with the Sacramento Kings, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Robinson played 67 games for the Miami Heat in his first two NBA seasons, and averaged 14 points and nine rebounds on 59 percent shooting at Summer League.

9:01 a.m. ET: Indiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard has agreed to a three-year, $59 million contract extension that will take him through the 2027-28 season, Todd Ramasar and Jaafar Choufani of Life Sports Agency told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnaorwski on Wednesday.

July 23

11:05 a.m. ET: Veteran guard Reggie Jackson has agreed on a contract buyout with the Charlotte Hornets and plans to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers upon clearing waivers, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Jackson initially arrived to Charlotte in a July trade with the Denver Nuggets as part of a salary-shedding maneuver and now plans to reconnect with his former LA Clippers teammate Paul George on a Sixers roster that’s loading up on veterans with significant playoff experience.

July 22

1:20 p.m. ET: Guard Spencer Dinwiddie has agreed to a one-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks, sources told ESPN’s Tim MacMahon. Dinwiddie, 31, will return to Dallas, where he played a key role as the sixth man on the Mavs’ 2022 Western Conference finals team.

6:56 p.m. ET: Cleveland Cavaliers 7-footer Evan Mobley has agreed to a five-year, $224 million maximum rookie contract extension that could become worth as much as $269 million, agents Joe Smith and Thad Foucher of Wasserman told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

July 19

1:48 p.m. ET: The Memphis Grizzlies have traded forward Ziaire Williams, a 2021 Top 10 draft pick, to the Brooklyn Nets, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Williams goes to the Nets with a 2030 second-round pick via the Dallas Mavericks for Mamadi Diakite and the draft rights to Nemanja Dangubic, the 54th pick in the 2014 draft, sources said.

Williams has averaged 7.5 points and 2.6 rebounds in 150 games for the Grizzlies in his three NBA seasons.

July 18

2:50 p.m. ET: The LA Clippers are sending guard Russell Westbrook, a second-round pick swap and cash to the Utah Jazz in a sign-and-trade agreement for guard Kris Dunn, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Westbrook is expected to agree on a contract buyout and join the Denver Nuggets, sources said. Dunn joins the Clippers on a three-year deal with a team option in the final year.

July 16

4:15 p.m. ET: Sandro Mamukelashvili has agreed on a one-year, $2.2 million deal to return to the San Antonio Spurs, sources tell ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

3:30 p.m. ET: The Milwaukee Bucks and free agent Gary Trent Jr. have agreed to a one-year deal, Rich Paul and Lucas Newton of Klutch Sports Group told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

3:04 p.m. ET: NBA veteran Patrick Beverley is signing with Hapoel Tel Aviv BC of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He began his pro basketball career playing in Europe, playing in Greece and Russia before spending the past 12 years in the NBA. Beverley started the 2023-24 season in Philadelphia before being traded to Milwaukee.

July 15

10:10 p.m. ET: Free agent guard Seth Curry has agreed on a one-year deal to return to the Charlotte Hornets, sources tell ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Curry averaged nine points in eight games for Charlotte after arriving in a trade deadline deal with Dallas.

5:30 p.m. ET: The New York Knicks and free agent guard Cameron Payne agreed to a one-year, $3 million deal, his agent Jeffrey Schwartz of Excel Sports told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Payne, who turns 30 next month, split the 2023-24 season between the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers.

12:15 p.m. ET: Free agent center Taj Gibson has agreed on a one-year, $3.3 million deal with the Charlotte Hornets, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The 39-year-old veteran is
