Mike Tyson didn’t hesitate when asked if he would have beaten the Klitschko brothers in his prime

Boxing Legend Mike Tyson Believes He Could Have Beaten the Klitschko Brothers

Boxing legend Mike Tyson is confident that he would have beaten the Klitschko brothers, Vitali and Wladimir, if they had fought in their primes. Tyson, who is still the youngest world heavyweight champion in history, said he believes he could beat “almost anybody” if he was clean and fighting on water, vegetables, and vitamins.

Tyson’s comments came in response to a question from a fan on social media, who asked if he thought Wladimir would have been a formidable heavyweight champion in the Golden Age of boxing. Tyson replied that he believes Wladimir would have done well in any era.

The Klitschko brothers dominated the heavyweight division during their primes, with Vitali holding the WBC world heavyweight championship and Wladimir owning the WBA, IBF, and WBO belts. Wladimir enjoyed an unbeaten spell from October 2004 to November 2015, unifying the heavyweight division.

However, Tyson believes that he would have been too much for the Klitschko brothers, even in their primes. Tyson said, “I’m not being offensive; I’m not being egotistical. Clean fighting, no drugs, food and water – the basics and I think I could beat almost anybody. I think I’d put my life on it that I could.”

Tyson acknowledged the Klitschko brothers’ brilliance, but he believes that his speed, power, and aggression would have been too much for them. Tyson said, “I think he would have done well in any era.” Tyson also said that he is not interested in returning to the ring in any form, even for a reality show.
