New Milan striker Morata suddenly breaks up with his wife Alice Campello

Milan Striker Morata Splits from Wife After Eight Years

In a sudden and unexpected announcement, new Milan striker Alvaro Morata has confirmed his separation from his wife, Alice Campello, after eight years of marriage.

The news came as a shock to fans and the media, as the couple had always appeared close and had welcomed four children together. Just days before the announcement, Morata had been unveiled as a Milan player at a press conference.

In a statement posted on Instagram, Morata expressed his sadness and respect for his former partner.

“After a period of reflection, Alice and I decided to part ways,” he wrote. “It was a wonderful and respectful relationship, where we helped each other so much.”

Morata emphasized that their decision was made after careful consideration and that there was no disrespect or third parties involved.

“Alice will always have a special place in my heart,” he said. “All we experienced together was incredible and a great learning experience.”

Campello also confirmed the separation on her Instagram account, calling it “the most difficult decision of our lives.”

The couple met in Venice while Morata was playing for Juventus and married in 2017. They share four children: Alessandro, Edoardo Leonardo, and Bella.

Morata’s separation comes at a time of transition for the striker, who recently joined Milan from Atletico Madrid in a €13 million deal. He has signed a contract until 2028, with an option for a further year.
