JNU Online Admission 2024: Last Date of Applying Tomorrow, Apply Through jnuee.jnu.ac.in

The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will close its online registration portal for various undergraduate courses and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programs tomorrow, i.e., August 12, 2024. To apply for these programs, students are required to visit the official website, jnuee.jnu.ac.in. It is estimated that the first merit list will be released on August 21, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for JNU Online Admission

• To be eligible for admission to the BA, BSc programs, students must have secured a minimum of 45% in Class XII or its equivalent from a recognized board. The admission process will primarily be based on the CUET-UG scorecard conducted by NTA.
• For COP courses, students must have secured a minimum of 45% in Class XII or its equivalent from a recognized board.
• To be admitted to BA, BSc, and COP programs, students must qualify for a viva-voce (oral) exam. The admission process will be entirely based on merit and computer-based testing.

Documents Required for JNU Online Admission

• Class X and XII mark sheets
• Birth certificate
• Passport-size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Diploma certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned left-hand thumb impression

How to Apply for JNU Online Admission

1. Visit the official website, jnuee.jnu.ac.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the “Application” link.
3. Enter your NTA roll number and date of birth as your user ID and password to log in.
4. Fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents.
5. Carefully review your application form and submit it.
6. Download and save a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

After submitting the application form, students are required to pay the fees. The application fee for undergraduate courses is Rs. 268, and the fee for COP programs is Rs. 219.
